OVVM Sports Global ("OVVM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, mainly through our enquiry form, our player evaluation form, and when you book a strategy call. This can include:
- Contact details: name, email address, country/location, and (for a parent or guardian) your relationship to the player.
- Player profile information: age, position, current club or level, playing history, and goals.
- Links and footage you share: for example highlight reels, match video links, and player-market profiles. We do not host file uploads; you provide links.
- Your message: anything you write to us in a form field or when you contact us.
- Basic technical data: if analytics is enabled, anonymised usage data such as pages viewed (see "Third parties" below).
We do not knowingly collect more than we need, and we do not collect sensitive information such as health or financial data through this site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide an honest pathway assessment.
- To arrange and conduct strategy calls.
- To assess a player's level and evidence so we can give accurate advice.
- To stay in contact about your enquiry and, where you have asked us to, about representation or advisory services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is stored and who can access it
Form submissions are processed and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot, which holds the data on secure servers in our configured region (Asia-Pacific). Access is limited to OVVM's principals on a need-to-know basis. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
If the player is under 18, the evaluation and any enquiry must be submitted by a parent or guardian on the player's behalf, and all contact runs through that parent or guardian. We do not solicit or formally approach minors. This is consistent with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and with our parent-first process. By submitting, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to us handling the player's information for the purposes above.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and our enquiry process:
- HubSpot: forms, meeting bookings, and CRM storage.
- Google Analytics: if and when enabled, to understand general site usage in aggregate. This may set cookies and process anonymised data. (Analytics is not active until a measurement ID is configured.)
- Our hosting provider: to serve the website.
These providers may process data outside Australia. We choose providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards.
Your choices and rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date; or
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
